In-Person Registration opens March 4, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. Alaska Time

Important:

• In-person registration closes on April 12 or when the event reaches 1,600 participants, whichever comes first. Once the cap is reached, a waitlist will open.

Virtual Triathlon Registration

Invite friends and family from anywhere to participate virtually! There is no participant limit—help us get racers from every state.

Registration Events & Deadlines

📅 Key Dates:

• March 4, 2025 – Pre-Registration Opens (4 Hours Only!)

  • Limited early access to secure your spot before general registration.  Create an account with RunSignUp now for faster registration.
  • If this phase sells out, no in-person registration will be available on March 8.

• March 5, 2025 – Full Registration (Phase 2) Opens

  • If you pre-registered, you must complete your full registration by March 7 at midnight.

• March 8, 2025– In-Person & Virtual Registration Opens

  • If Phase 1 sold out, no additional in-person registration will occur. Virtual registration remains open.

• April 9, 2025 – Last Day to Update Registration Information

  • Update estimated swim time, team names, T-shirt sizes, and other details.

• April 12, 2025 – In-Person Registration Closes

  • If the event reaches 1,600 participants before this date, registration will close early, and a waitlist will open.

• May 19, 2025 – Virtual Registration Closes

  • Last day to transfer from in-person to virtual registration.

Registration Fees

💡 Lane Purchase: These racers swim in the shallow end of the pool, sharing half a lane with one other racer.

* Race fees do not include USAT licensing fees.

USAT Membership Fees

The USA Triathlon (USAT) organization provides insurance for the event. All racers must have a valid USAT membership to participate.

USAT Membership Options

• Bronze Level (One-Day Membership for Sprint Events): $13.00
• Annual Membership (Silver, Gold, Platinum): Must be purchased directly from USAT

🔹 Youth & Junior Premier Membership: Athletes 17 and younger can purchase a membership that lasts until their 18th birthday.

If your USAT membership expires before race day, you must renew it during the registration process or through your USAT profile.

Once registered, you can update your information through your RunSignUp account.

📌 Changes You Can Make:
✔ Add virtual race results
✔ Update emergency contact info
✔ Resend registration confirmation
✔ Update 400-yard swim time
✔ Change T-shirt size

2. Find your events.
3. Click on ‘manage registration’.
4. Select what you would like to change.

Scholarship Opportunities
