BIB/PACKET  PICK-UPS

There are three packet pick-ups race week, including the final packet pick-up on Saturday at the mandatory bike drop off. We highly recommend coming to an early packet-pick up so you can get all of your goodies and have your bike and gear items ready before showing up on Mandatory Bike Drop-off on the Saturday before the event between 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.

2024 Pick up locations:

  • Tuesday, May 16              4:30 – 6:30 p.m.
    Trek Bicycle Store
    530 East Benson Boulevard, Anchorage
  • Wednesday, May 17        4:30 – 6:30 p.m.
    Skinny Raven Sports
    800 H Street, Anchorage
  • Saturday, May 20             1:00 – 5:00 p.m.
    Bartlett High School
(During the mandatory bike drop-off and race expo)

You will receive several important race items at packet pick-up. Along with your bib number, you will receive the Race Booklet full of valuable information and an envelope with your bib number stickers. This bib number process would be better served taking place in the quiet of your own garage or backyard. The mandatory bike drop-off is a little chaotic. Fun and exciting, but chaotic. Trust us, try to pick up your packet on Tuesday or Wednesday. Don’t forget!

Only you may pick up your own packet. No exceptions. (OK, there is one exception, see below.) Please do not send your husband, partner or best friend to pick up your packet, we can’t give it to them. It is a USAT rule and we have to follow it! You must bring your picture I.D. Parents of racers under the age of 18 may pick up the packets for their child(ren). This is the only exception when someone other than the racer may pick up someone else’s bib/packet.

If you indicated during the registration process that you are a USAT member, then you must show your USAT card (or at least a smart-phone image or printed copy). USAT has a really cool app now; download it before coming to bib pick up.
